Hello, welcome to Emory's Custom Bowls. Thank you for taking the time to visit my site, here is a little bit about me.

I became fascinated with the wood lathe in highschool, making tables and lamps, but never any bowls. It wasn't until years later while I was watching a cooking show that the host was mixing a salad in a beautiful wood bowl. At that moment I jumped off the couch and dusted off the old powermatic model 90.

My work as a framing contractor allowed access to large quantities of material to hone my skills with. I have been in love with creating wood products on my lathe ever since.

Although I strive to make all of my products completly unique, you may find something in the Gallery that you like. Please contact me and I will do my best to re-create a previous work.
